Kelsey is 18 years old. She's 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 120 lbs., and she has brown hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, Kelsey was wearing a pink tank top, black cotton shorts, and tennis shoes. She was driving an ‘87 gray Buick Regal with a Nebraska 30-day temp plate on the front. This car was recovered at Oak Park Mall.
