6:45 am. Every morning. Same routine.
Get up, shower. Take meds. Wake up Josh.
Get Josh dressed. Feed children. Get dressed.
Convince Asher to put on clothes.
Walk to the school. Turn around; walk home.
8:30 am. Home. Clean house. E-mail and blog.
Laundry. Clean more house.
11:30 am. Make lunch. Asher down for nap by Noon.
More laundry. Clean more house.
1:00 pm. Shower again. Makeup/Hair/Change clothes.
3:05 pm. Wake up Asher. Walk to school.
Turn around; walk home.
4:00 pm. Home. Make after-school snack.
Do homework with Josh.
E-mail. Blog. More laundry.
6:00 pm. Kids in bath. Gather up toys, dirty clothes, make beds.
Kids out of bath, kids in jammies, brush teeth, convince Asher to get in bed.
7:00 pm. Read books. Sing songs. Get drinks.
7:30 pm. Watch whatever TV recorded for me during the day and fold laundry.
10:00 pm. Take meds. Brush teeth. Crawl into bed and try to sleep.
Start all over again. And again. And again. And again......

I guess that kind of sums it up but realize that truly it goes so fast! Everyone told me to enjoy those years because they are the best. In retrospect, I would have to agree in many ways but I remember the monotony. However, going from one crisis to the next isn't so fun either so it's good you're not running from the ER for stitches, etc. Hang in there and enjoy the ride as much as you can!
Why do you shower 2x in a day? Especially when Steve's gone! Who actually gets close enough to smell ya anyway? J/K, but seriously, what's up with that? My skin would get so dried out!
